"The phone was broken, no ring, every morning when i stepped out, i politely asked front desk to have someone check it out during the day while i am out, it never fixed"

"Overall the hotel stay was great. Staff was very helpful and attentive with any needs. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the parking situation. There is no lot on site, Street parking has a 3hr limit, and valet is $45. Also the walls are a bit thin as we could hear our neighbors throughout the night."
