Great staff. Beautiful resort ! Great pools and food ! If your a long beach walker this may not be for you. There are stones and rocks in the water and on shore which made it challenging but still a beautiful snorkel area near the beach bar . I would return

I had a really nice and comfortable stay. Berenice at the spa was amazing. Opdulia was such a pleasure at breakfast. Manuel made the best drinks by the beach. Carlos did too by the pool. Everyone was just so nice and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. The rooms are a little outdated. I’d work on that. But that’s my only complaint.

We had a great stay. Everything was fantastic, staff was excellent, a ton of dining options. The only comments I have is that I wish they allowed people to sign out bicycles, more than just the guided tour they give. Also, it was difficult to get into some restaurants becuase they were booked, but each restaurant we went to had a lot of open tables, so they could easily accommodate more people on an hour than what they allow. Also, half of the shows they charged additional, and at an all inclusive resort they should be included. But otherwise we loved it and would definitely go back.
