We found the apartment dated, but comfortable for 4 adults. We did have some minor complaints (multiple power outages, lack of basic cleaning supplies, no grill on-site as advertised, trash under deck) but none of which would prevent us from staying here again. "The location was in a very nice subdivision, however, the property has been neglected and needs a lot of updating and maintenance. The bathroom sink did not drain and the towel bar fell off the wall. The kitchen needs to be better furnished with pots, pans, silverware and dishes. There were no kitchen towels The sliding glass door was very dirty and did not slide. It was a safety hazard as I was unable to open the door. There is a nice backyard, but the patio furniture needs to go to the dump....
