"Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. "This is the best hotel I ever stayed! Luxury with outstanding comfort. Fun complimentary camel rides, beautiful white sand beach, next door to Parliament House. Expensive but worth the money. "Good location. Very comfortable and high standard. Beach area was good although the area had a bad storm on our 2nd night and suffered notable damage and disruption. Breakfast on floor 2 was excellent and included in our price. Food and drink a bit pricey for us, for example £18 for two iced coffees and that's with zero exchange fees and paying in AED. Defintely a good choice though and great to stay here after our visit 10 years ago staying at the Palace opposite.. hard to match that I guess...
