What a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat island. The service was impeccable, I asked for an alternate room and if I could see what was available before changing and they were so accommodating. The breakfast buffet was the best! Ice pops on a hot day at the pool, what’s not to love. I will most definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the location of the property. The beach was magnificent, the colours of the water were amazing. Breakfast was a delight too, with different fresh juices to choose from daily. The staff was really friendly.

It was the second time in this hotel and we would probably do it again. The breakfast is amazing with a great service. All the staff is friendly and for help.The pool and beach service is great.

It is our 4th visit in this hotel. Every wish has been fulfilled, as usually. Our room was not free this year but we were given exactly the same type room and we really appreciated that. Amazing as usually. Breakfast is great. Dinner at beach house delicious. The beach and its employees at the bar are perfect.The staff is incredible. A special thank to Shiju Thomas who helps us and is extremely competent und nice, as every year. We will definitely be back next year

Park Hyatt is a beautiful hotel right in front of the white big sandy beach and the beautiful sea of Saadiyat island. We booked a standard room - very big- in a bed and breakfast fare. The swimming pools are cleaned and most of them with cooled water, august period the water, also sea water, is too warm! Buffet breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and very good food. All the staff is exceptional, very kind, professional and gentle!! A special mention goes to Jean Paul, he works in the swimming pool area. Unfortunately August is very hot, so we did not have the chance to have breakfast or a drink in the garden area or in front of the beach.

Our experience with this hotel was amazing and honestly beyond all my expectations. We arrived early morning (me and my little daughter), Muhammad did a very smooth check in for us. It was very important for me that we get a room asap so that my daughter could sleep after a long flight. Muhammad said they were expecting us and it was great (however, I was prepared for the worst). So that was a very nice welcoming gesture from the hotel. We got a very nice, clean and quiet room with a garden view - exactly what I’ve booked and expected. The beach and the sea are just spectacular, with all the facilities and staff being amazing and helpful. I have to say it’s very windy by the sea even on a hot day so that’s not for everyone and not every parent would allow a kid to spend time in water due to that. However, for us it was perfect and we enjoyed it to the fullest. The food was delicious, the restaurant staff were ever so kind to my daughter and me. I would like to say special thanks to Mackline, Sehee, Claire and Komal who provided exceptional service on our all meals at the main restaurant and were so friendly with Rosie. We were so well looked after. That place wouldn’t be that great without those ladies. Although all the restaurant staff including chefs were very polite, knowledgeable and understanding when we chatted about the dishes or dietary requirements for my daughter. Special thanks to the chef Mohammad! Overall we loved the hotel and we’ll be back!
