"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. We booked rooms for one of our company employees, but upon arrival, the accommodations were not suitable. The primary issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The initial room was approximately 80 degrees, making it extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff attempted to move the guest to different rooms, but each room had the same issue, with temperatures remaining around 80 degrees and no effective cooling. While the staff was courteous and attempted to assist, the lack of a properly functioning air conditioning system significantly impacted the stay. For travelers visiting during warmer weather, I recommend confirming that the HVAC system is operating correctly before checking in. I hope management addresses these issues promptly, as comfortable room temperatures are a basic expectation for any hotel stay."
