"Welcoming and very comfortable. Had booked into Westhill but were transferred to Airport. Very quiet which was unexpected being so close to the airport. Usual good breakfast. Noticed tables were not wiped down which was always done in other Hamptons we've stayed in, also no daily newspapers. Very little around but an excellent carvery/eatery 5 minutes walk away. "This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, although I did have a couple of small issues. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. "

Good - as expected
"Location great and room clean and everything worked. I still don't understand why all hotels don't have a plug socket by the bed - but that is the case at all Ibis hotels as far as I am aware. Breakfast was good, except the liquid marmalade that comes from a nozzle. I've had better, although I appreciate its small issue."
