For ~£200 per night including taxes, this was superb value. On the 32nd floor, overlooking the incredibly busy river, we had a large room, with a settee, desk, and king size bed. Wardrobes were in a separate foyer area near the generously sized bathroom, which had a shower room, toilet, bath (with shower attachment) and two washbasins. The hotel runs its own little craft to take you across the river - useful for the shuttle boats which go up and down river to most of the sights, and for the underground stop. This seems to run pretty well on demand. Two of the restaurants have riverside dining - we'd particularly recommend Thiptara, the Thai restaurant - but there are other air-conditioned alternatives. Staff were always attentive and helpful, and the hotel was spotless. Sheets, towels etc changed very frequently. We'd definitely stay again if in Bangkok.
