"Overall, this was a great property. There was construction going on out front, making it less than appealing, but these things happen. And our room had literally no view (a wall with construction scaffolding). But the room was huge, property is cute, location around has so many restaurant options and great transportation nearby. I'd stay again."

"Not your fault but construction caused transportation issues. I think flash cards for public transportation would be nice to hand out. Say where to pick up, what rails to ride & get back from major attractions. "

"It was nice to meet people from all over the world who worked here. Excellent breakfast but no other meals. Two different elevators to get to our room in the rear building. Friendly staff. Right next to the train station and Trams/Trollies."

"We enjoyed our stay at the ED. It was clean, comfortable and a great location. Very walkable. When i booked I didn't know about King's day, so I wasn't able to leave the window open at night due to the noise. The ac wasn't turned on yet, so it would have been nice to have the window open. The breakfast was very good, with eggs and they even provided gluten free bread. Thank you."

"My stay was for tourism. This hotel is an easy walk to museums, boat tours and restaurants. Transportation for bus, metro and tram. We used the airport bus from AMS to the hotel so easy. Hotel staff all spoke excellent English. Front desk helpful with directions etc. I was a little nervous about getting lost walking over to the Anne Frank house and the lady that was assisting me handed me the business card and said call if do get lost. The breakfast was delicious. A selection of hot and cold items. My husband and I ate every morning. The room is exactly as described. It is small but extremely comfortable, fresh and clean. In room coffee and tea and a small fridge. House Keeping very helpful. There is luggage storage for your last and first days. Very nice as we were able to use that last day to see a museum. "
