"Prime Hotel is located on the tram line just 10 min walk to Kaleichi. Restaurants and parks are a short walk. Our stay was 18 nights, and staff felt like family when we departed. The concierge was very personable and respectful offering tour recommendations, ordering food delivery, sending out laundry. Our bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean. "

"I spent only one night in the hotel, as I had spent my whole week on the beach in Antalya. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The guy who helped me with my luggages and the guy who helped me with other issues (he even went out to buy a tooth paste for me around midnight!) were super nice and helpful. "In the room I was initially placed in, that was about 7 in clearance on two sides of the bed and I did not have room to open my suitcase. They moved me to a much more satisfactory room with no surcharge. The laundry facilities were cheap and prompt. I would definitely stay here again."
