A very nice and convenience hotel with helpful hotel staff. I especially love it walking distant to Jonker Street and other tourist attractions. Love the river cruise!

Wonderful~~~The staff is nice and helpful! I left my iPhone charger in the room, after 1 day I noticed it. Then I went back and checked, they kept it for me and returned to me.

Great hotel and room is near to lobby. No need to walk too far,

I have, on previous occasions, stayed at the Renaissance (now Ramada) and the service is no comparison. I spoke with the new manager and he is trying to teach new techniques to old staff, but is obviously is falling on deaf ears. The reception staff were not very welcoming and the concierge does not start until midday and the reception staff have no idea about things that tourists need to do. They didn't even know that there was a bus direct to KL airport, so I went back across the road to the Ramada and got the information immediately and when I was leaving early morning there was no one at the door and no one asked if I need a taxi - I didn't because in the meantime I had learn about the local buses - much cheaper than the taxis. The hotel is really very nice but I would opt for the Ramada in future.

Gingerflower Boutique Hotel is a charming little hotel that is conveniently located, with Jonker Walk just a street away and the malls (Pahlawan, Hatten & Mahkota) within walking distance. Hotel staff are very warm, friendly and attentive to our needs - one staff even offered us home-made mango dessert! Rooms are clean, pleasant and of comfortable size. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to visitors to Malacca.

YOUR COURTEOUS AND POLITE SECURITY GUARD RESERVED A PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF HOTEL FOR US, SO THAT WE CAN SHOP AND HAVE LUNCH AT NEARBY SHOPS TILL ROOM AVAIL AT ABOUT 1400 HRS. WE WERE GREETED WITH SMILES BY YOUR DOORMAN. THANK YOU TO ALL. MY FAMILY HAD A GREAT STAY AT YOUR WONDERFUL AND CLEAN HOTEL.

Check-in/out was a breeze. Room and toilet are clean. The bed was comfortable, unfortunately the safe in our room was no working. When reported to the front desk a housekeeping staff came into our room without knocking and open the door with his own key. Beside this incident my stay was satisfactory.

It was a good stay except the swimming pool was occupied by the company who's holding their family day. When the company having an activity, they have chase all of people to come out form the swimming pool to allow them to do the activitiy.

No bad experiences all went smoothly during checking in and checking out.

I booked for twin room (2 singles) but got upgraded with triple room with 1 queen bed and 1 singles for absolutely free. With large bed and larger room, who doesn't love that right? We love the hotel ambient and we felt so comfortable!
