"Our room was lovely. We could hear the sound of surf. At night we could see stars and the lights around Puerto Angel. The staff were very helpful. We arrived very late after a rather gruelling drive from Huatulco airport. The road up to the hotel was a bit hard to find and was very steep."

"I had booked 2 rooms with 2 beds at this hotel, I have the confirmation email to prove it. When we arrived , there was only one room with 2 beds booked for us and there were no other rooms available. I was not very impressed with this. Otherwise the place was clean and the staff were nice."

"Beautiful beaches, pickleball courts, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling (particularly at the activity beach) yoga/reiki sessions with Roberto, and other activities. Main pool was closed for two of our afternoons there … staff could have been more straightforward about reasons and timing of the reopen! Didn’t seem like the kids’ pool/area was used much. Would be nice to have had 2 adults only pools. Very clean property and rooms for the most part. Was given an unacceptable room when we checked in … this was rectified but we were not compensated in any way for taking a downgrade in rooms. Loved the vastness of the property and the many places to explore! Entertainment and buffet breakfast staff were exceptional and made our days very enjoyable!"
