"We had a pretty good experience at this hotel but when we used the laundry service, the amount of money they charged us ruined the whole experience and reputation of this hotel. What a disgrace. They charged us $400 to do a load of laundry. They weren't clear about how much it would cost up from and this was the result. Disgusting."
