"While the front hotel staff were insightful and helpful, our experience at the Best Western was poor. The room was extremely dated, had a sour odor, and the interior amenities were poorly kept. Of the 2 queen sized mattresses, one had unfamiliar stains on it, which was unfortunate. The shuttle experience was equally poor, if not worse. Our driver from the airport had everyone cramped inside, as she picked up additional guest when the space inside was minimal. The elevator at this establishment is nearly broken, which raised major concern as we had to use it to move our luggage. This property is in major need of attention and repair. From the terrible odor, to the poorly kept rooms, we will surely choose to not stay at another Best Western."
