"I stayed the weekend of the eclipse. And while most hotels had raised their rates for event, the rates here appeared close to their normal rates for April. Only thing is the hotel is on a busy main street but once things settle down by 2am, it stays pretty quiet. Lots of food choices nearby."

"This hotel is fine. It is right beside the convention centre and 1/3 the price of the other hotels. It is tired, but clean. Bathtub and shower were nice and the beds were comfy. If your working on a budget, this is great. And the staff are all friendly and helpful."

"It was quite a pleasant surprise as well as a very good cost x benefit equation. We only spent a night in Niagara Falls and felt that the choice of hotel was very appropriate. Breaktast was also quite good and I would like to recognize Rekha for helping us with a very plesant meal. We also took the opportunity to visit Niagara-on-the-lake (a must) and the location of the Comfort Hotel was quite convenient for that short journey as well."

"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"This property seemed really nice and clean from what we seen in the lobby. The disappointment started the moment we went into our room. The toilet seat was damaged, wallpaper peeling on the bathroom wall, the sink area was stained and when we used the faucet it sprayed water all over. In the sleeping area there was burn spots in the rug and on the actual bedding. The room didn't have a microwave or a phone that allowed us to call down. When I asked for my party of 6 to be moved she only was...

"second time stay here. The location is more scenic compared to the main strip with all the casino and hotels. The property overall is showing sign of age but in overall good shape. We just cared that The staff is helpful."
