What you can expect

  • Morning

    Gather in the hotel lobby at the designated time and depart by shared vehicle for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (East Gate).

    Upon arrival, take the park's eco-shuttle bus to Tianzishan Cable Car Station, then ride the cable car up Mount Tianzi. Enjoy spectacular views of the famous Xihai Stone Forest, Yubi Peak (Imperial Writing Brush Peak), and Xiannü Sanhua.

    Next, take the eco-shuttle bus to Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, one of Zhangjiajie's most iconic areas and a famous filming location associated with the film Avatar.

    Lunch

    Enjoy lunch at your own expense. Lunch is not included in the tour price.

    Afternoon

    Continue exploring No. 1 Bridge Under Heaven (Tianxia Diyi Qiao) and Mihun Terrace (Soul-Mesmerizing Terrace), where you can admire spectacular panoramic views of Zhangjiajie's towering sandstone peaks.

    Then head to the Bailong Lift, one of the world's highest outdoor lifts, and take the lift down the mountain.

    Afterwards, continue by eco-shuttle bus to Shuirao Simen (Water Winding Around Four Gates) and enter Golden Whip Stream (Jinbianxi), one of China's most beautiful natural canyons. Walk along the scenic stream and enjoy the crystal-clear water, lush vegetation, and dramatic sandstone peaks surrounding the valley.

    After completing the tour, meet your group and guide at the designated meeting point before taking the shared vehicle back to your hotel.

    Tour ends with hotel drop-off and free time to rest.
