Places on the “Zaragoza with Flavour” Tour:

Plaza San Felipe / Restaurante Montal: We'll start in the historic Plaza San Felipe, surrounded by Renaissance palaces and the site of the now-defunct Torre Nueva, a symbol of Zaragoza. At Montal, a building with history, we'll enjoy a breaded artichoke tapa in its cellars, connecting with the Ebro orchard and the wines of Aragon.

Puerta Cinegia Gastronomic Market: We'll finish at this modern food market, located on the ancient Roman entrance to the city and near Calle 4 de Agosto, a key scene of the War of Independence. Here, we'll enjoy an exclusive rice casserole with ternasco, saying goodbye with views of the Augusto de Prima Porta.
