Meet your driver/guide hop inside your comfortable, vehicle, and set off on your custom tour of the island. Before you head anywhere, chat with your guide about the sights you want to see and visit. As it is private the itinerary is completely flexible and you can customise it to match your interests and preferences. The following itinerary is an example.
You will drive to the small port of Agios Sostis in Laganas Bay, to Cameo Island, a tiny beautiful piece of land that has its interesting history. It is a hidden treasure that once, centuries ago, was part of Zakynthos. Now it is connected by a small bridge, making the area look like the Caribbean. If you wish to go further than the bridge, you can enjoy the views have a drink at the beach bar, and have a quick swim in the emerald waters.
Walking back to the port from this marvellous wooden bridge, you will hop on your boat waiting for you to explore the National Marine Park. Look out for the turtles so you don't miss them.
As you head to Myzithres you will enjoy the formation of the rocks and the marvellous caves that are waiting for you to explore them. If you want you can stop for swimming but we suggest starting your day from Myzithres Beach. There are two rocks in the southwestern area of Zakynthos known as the Myzithres islands because, before the 2018 earthquake, both rocks were separated by a strip of sea. Since 2018 the beach has become famous, ranking among the Top 3 most Instagrammed places in Zakynthos. Your guide will show you the hidden path so you can go from one part of the beach to the other inside the rocks!
Sailing along the Keri Caves coastline, you can admire the white single beaches, rock arches, and huge limestone cliffs that fall straight into the sea. You will have time to swim so bring your snorkelling equipment to take a look at the unique marine life.
The next stop will be Marathonisi an exotic, green island with a golden, sandy, and beach. Here you can see the protected nests of the turtles Caretta-Caretta.
Returning to the port you can visit the local Olive oil press museum Aristeon to learn about the gold of the Greeks, the olive oil, and get to taste (for free) local olives and traditional village bread with different extra virgin olive flavours (most likely lemon, orange, and garlic).
Then you will head to Keri village for a short stop for photos at the beach of Keri Lake and enjoy the views of this picturesque small fish village.
For lunch, you can stop at the best restaurant on the island with the best view of the Myzithres and admire the emerald waters and scenic views as you enjoy your lunch. You will visit the amazing viewpoint of Myzithres with its two tall and imposing white rocks that project from the crystal clear waters of the southwestern coast and the incredibly brilliant, blue, and glistening waters that you were swimming before. Capture the most awesome photos of you with all that marvellous view in the background.
