The begging of the trip (clothes changing, instructions, boarding and start of the paddling down the river) is at village Kaštel Žegarski . The part of the route from the village to the mouth of Krupa in Zrmanja and Visoki buk (10 metres high waterfall, the highest on Zrmanja) is hour and a half long, and the waterfall will be bypassed by 5 minutes long walk. Going down the river lasts for approximately 4 hours of which one hour is spent on occasional breaks and swimming. Paddling isn’t hard or dangerous, during the summer; the water is clear and refreshing – perfect adventure for beginners.
The trip ends in a village called Muškovci, with some free time for swimming before departure. If you have arrived with your own car, we will drive you to the start point, where you had left your car.
