Exclusive Borobudur Sunrise Experience

Your adventure begins at 03:15 AM, when our driver choices you up from your hotel in Yogyakarta. Enjoy a comfortable 1-hour drive to Borobudur Temple.

Upon arrival, you will have approximately 15 minutes to prepare. You will receive special Borobudur sandals and a souvenir before joining your sunrise experience.

At approximately 04:30 AM, begin your journey to the top of Borobudur with an official temple guide. The sunrise session is limited to a maximum of 100 visitors, offering a more peaceful and exclusive atmosphere.

You will join a small group of approximately 15 participants accompanied by 1 official Borobudur guide. From the starting point, walk approximately 200 metres before climbing the temple to the 9th level.

While waiting for the sunrise, your guide will share fascinating stories about Borobudur’s history, architecture, Buddhist heritage, and the remarkable craftsmanship behind this ancient masterpiece.

As the first rays of sunlight illuminate the magnificent stupas and surrounding landscape, enjoy a truly unforgettable sunrise experience.

Breakfast with a Premium View

After sunrise, return to the restaurant for breakfast, which is included in your package. Located just 100 metres from Borobudur Temple, the restaurant offers a premium view of this spectacular monument.

Relax, enjoy your breakfast, and take in the beauty of Borobudur before returning to Yogyakarta.

Late Morning – Rest at Your Hotel

After breakfast, our driver will take you back to your hotel. Enjoy some free time to shower, relax, and recharge before your afternoon adventure.

02:30 PM – Discover Prambanan Temple

We will pick you up again at 02:30 PM and drive approximately 45 minutes to Prambanan Temple, one of Indonesia’s most magnificent Hindu temple complexes.

Upon arrival, meet your local guide, who will accompany you into the temple grounds and introduce you to the fascinating history, architecture, legends, and cultural significance of Prambanan.

Explore the impressive temple towers, admire the intricate stone carvings, and capture memorable photographs of this extraordinary heritage site.
