What you can expect

Take time out for a rich two-day cultural and scenic tour to travel around Wuyi Mountain, listed as a World Natural and Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO. With a pleasant climate, fascinating scenery, abundant products, time-honored history and rich tourism resources, Mount Wuyishan is a famous tea, grain and timber production centre in China.

Day 1: Visit Tianyou Peak for panoramic views, explore Wuyi Palace and the ancient Wangnian Temple. Discover the unique Danxia Landform formations and learn about local tea culture at a traditional tea house.

Day 2: Take a bamboo raft down the spectacular Nine Bend River, surrounded by towering cliffs and lush vegetation. Visit Dahongpao Mother Trees, the most famous tea trees in China, and explore the rock-carved Buddha at Tianxin Yongle Temple. End with a visit to the Song Dynasty Ancient Street.
