• Explanation of the surroundings and location of the winery.
• There will be a walk through the vineyards attached to the winery, and the geophysical characteristics of the surroundings and the characteristics of the grape will be shown, along with a brief explanation of the harvest. Umbrellas are available in case of bad weather.
• The guided visit will continue through the grape reception area, where the different stages of the harvest will be explained in more depth: the picking, selection, analysis of the grapes, weighing, maceration, pressing, collection of the pomace, and the transfer of the must to the vats.
• Then we'll move on to the vat area, where we'll learn about the estate's wines: Eidos de Padriñán, Veigas de Padriñán, Contraaparede, and Eidos Barrica.
• The process concludes with the bottling of the wine. Visitors will be taken to the bottling and labelling area, where the process will be explained from the wine's exit from the vat to the final labelling.
• Finally, visitors will be invited to a tasting of our products.
