    We offer two different tour options. Please make sure you have booked the one that applies to you:

    Option 1: Whale Safari including bus transport from Tromsø.
    Option 2: Whale Safari for guests who travel to Skjervøy on their own.

    If You Have Booked the Tour with RED Bus from Tromsø
    Your journey begins at Tromsø Bus Terminal (Prostneset).
    Meeting time: Please arrive no later than 5:10 AM.
    Look for the bus, clearly marked “Whale Safari – Skjervøy.” Please board this bus for your transfer to Skjervøy.

    YOUR BUS TICKET WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY EMAIL NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TOUR.

    Please go directly to the bus and confirm with the driver that you are on the correct departure.

    Arrival in Skjervøy:
    After approximately 3.5 hours by bus, you will arrive in Skjervøy, where our guide will be waiting to welcome you. From there, we will take you to our base, where you will be provided with all the necessary clothing and safety equipment before the tour begins.

    You will then enjoy a 2.5 to 3-hour RIB whale safari (depending on weather conditions) in the waters around Skjervøy, north and east of Tromsø.

There you will be met by our guides, who will collect the group, before we are going to our location, for shifting clothes and preparing for the tour. We are ready to go out around 10am (+/-).
