Immerse yourself in an authentic experience in the heart of a green valley, where nature, biodiversity and traditions meet in a Food Forest, an ecosystem designed to mimic the workings of a natural forest and produce food sustainably. During the walk we will explore together this environment rich in life, discovering how fruit trees, shrubs, aromatic plants, wild herbs and medicinal species coexist in balance, creating a resilient system that requires little external intervention and promotes soil regeneration, water saving and biodiversity protection. Along the way you will learn to recognise some medicinal and aromatic plants traditionally used for natural wellness, such as lemon balm, passionflower, mint, rocket, sage and olive leaves. You will discover their properties and uses in the preparation of infusions and herbal teas. We will collect together some of the herbs available and prepare an herbal tea to be enjoyed immersed in the tranquility of the forest, surrounded by the scents and sounds of nature. Depending on the season, you will also have the opportunity to taste the fruit harvested directly from the plants.
