Your tour starts with free hotel pickup from Tissamaharama, Kataragama, Kirinda, and Hambantota in a comfortable 4x4 Toyota jeep. You will be guided by a licensed local tracker with 10+ years in this zone who drives slowly for photography, not rushing between sightings.
We include a bush breakfast cooked at the reservoir viewpoint, cool water, and photography beanbags. We never visit the busy main zone – this is a separate wilderness area with the same elephants, leopards, and sloth bears, but with zero crowds.
