Day 1 – Mantiqueira Coffee and Wine
First Stop: Terra de Kurí – Espírito Santo do Pinhal
The experience kicks off with a deep dive into the world of speciality coffee.
In Terra de Kurí, the group learns about the production process, the characteristics of the region's terroir, and participates in a sensory experience that reveals aromas, techniques, and stories behind each cup. A light, aromatic start, full of identity.
Second Stop: InnVernia Winery – Espírito Santo do Pinhal
After coffee, we'll head to the wine experience.
At InnVernia, the group takes a guided tour of the property, learning about:
The concept of winter viticulture The techniques of double pruning
The region's position on the national scene. A walk among the vines reveals varieties such as Saperavi and Sangiovese, demonstrating Mantiqueira's potential for high-quality grapes.
Third Stop: Merum Winery
A retreat among mountains and vineyards, Merum invites you to experience wine with calm.
Reception with an exclusive welcome drink. The experience includes: Free time to enjoy the atmosphere, Sunset in the Mantiqueira Mountains, and a Luau with live jazz
A moment of contemplation, music, and shared glasses.
Head back to the hotel after 8:00 PM.

Day 2 – Wines of Minas Gerais
Breakfast + Check-out
Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then check out and head to your experiences in Minas Gerais.
First stop: Stella Valentino Winery – Andradas (MG)
Guided tour with a tasting of 6 labels. The winery blends family tradition, technology, and excellence in winter wines, including award-winning labels like the nationally recognised Tempranillo. The tasting includes fresh whites, structured reds, and ends with a liqueur wine.
Second stop: Figo Cucina – Andradas
Lunch at a signature cuisine restaurant, with a cosy atmosphere and a gastronomic proposal aligned with the wines of the region. A la carte menu. (Drinks not included.)
Third Stop: Casa Geraldo – Gold Tour
A complete experience of approximately 2 hours, including:
Presentation of over 10 labels, including wines and sparkling wines
A behind-the-scenes look at the production
Walk through the vineyards with a Winter Harvest wine tasting
VIP Lounge experience with pairing and individual cold cuts board
A wrap-up that combines learning, scenery, and tasting in an exclusive setting.
