What you can expect

  • Not many cities can claim a Rembrandt hidden in a royal castle. Warsaw can — and on this private 1.5-hour tour, your expert guide reveals not just the paintings, but the extraordinary human storey behind them.

The Lanckoroński Gallery houses one of Poland's most prized art collections, built across generations by an aristocratic family and returned to Warsaw against all odds after WWII. Your licensed guide — an expert in art history — will show you how to truly see these masterpieces: the interplay of light and shadow, the psychological depth, and the details hidden in darkness.

This isn't a standard museum visit. It's an intimate, private conversation with great art, guided by someone who knows every brushstroke's storey.

You'll learn about Countess Karolina Lanckorońska — a remarkable woman who fought to preserve Poland's cultural heritage — and trace the turbulent journey these paintings took before finding their home in the Royal Castle.

This is a private tour exclusively for your group. No other visitors, no time pressure.
