Once you have your tickets, proceed to the meeting point for boarding, located at the Marina. Please note that parking is not available directly at the embarkation point. However, paid parking is available nearby at the Centre d’interprétation des Mammifères Marins (108, rue de la Cale Sèche).

Know before you book

  • If you are travelling from Québec City or Charlevoix, it is recommended to choose the Baie-Ste-Catherine departure instead of Tadoussac. The experience is identical, as the boat will pick up passengers from both locations.
  • As the St-Laurent VIP Lounge is only accessible by stairs, it is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
  • Boats depart on time, so please arrive at the ticket booth 1 hour before departure in Tadoussac and 30 minutes prior in Baie Ste-Catherine.
  • Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers. Rest assured, the boat features an enclosed area for your comfort.
