    Itinerary

    Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa by Bus & Trek to Cat Cat Village (L, D)
    6:00-6:30 AM: Pick up from hotels in Old Quarter or meeting point. Depart to Lao Cai with two rest stops, passing scenic countryside and rice fields.
    13:30: Arrive Sapa. Meet guide at bus station, transfer to hotel for welcome drink, lunch, and check-in.
    14:30: Trek 2.5 km (~2 hours) to Cat Cat Village, home of the Black H’mong. Visit local life, waterfall, French-built Hydraulic Power Station, then return to Sapa.
    17:00: Return to Sapa town, dinner and overnight stay with optional night activities.

    Day 2: Fansipan – Hanoi (B, L)
    Morning: Breakfast and hotel check-out (store luggage).
    8:30: Transfer to cable car station. Ride 20 minutes to 2800m altitude. Visit pagoda and hike 600 steps to Fansipan peak (1.5 hours).
    12:00: Return by cable car to Sapa, lunch at local restaurant. Relax or shower at hotel.
    14:45-15:00: Group meet at hotel, depart for Hanoi.
