Upon arrival, you will be welcomed to the agritourism facility and begin with a brief introduction: we will tell you about our history, the olive oil culture in Puglia, and what “ORGANIC” really means when it comes from the land and from daily labour. Then we move on to the experience: a guided tasting session to learn how to recognise the aromas and characteristics of high-quality oil (fruity, bitter, pungent) and understand how to discern the differences between them.

During the tasting, the oil is enhanced through simple, authentic pairings – bread and a selection of local specialities – to help you appreciate how a dish transforms when seasoned with a truly excellent extra-virgin olive oil. It's a convivial, relaxing experience suitable for everyone: families, couples, groups of friends, and curious tourists.
