The Scroa Valley is a classic pre-Alpine gorge nestled within the valley system of the famous Brand dell’Art, in the picturesque Belluno Prealps. In this secluded spot, amidst meandering drops and toboggans, you can let yourself go as you progress along the route and enjoy an authentic experience surrounded by nature.
We will meet at the meeting point in Borgovalbelluna, where our canyoning guide will be waiting for us and will provide us with the equipment (included) needed for the experience.
After getting dressed and a short transfer, we will begin our approximately 5-minute downhill walk to reach the starting point of the route. Before entering the canyon, your guide will provide a theoretical and practical briefing to explain the basics of the route.
We will then proceed, tackling a few simple obstacles under the guide's constant supervision: A series of rappels ranging from 3 to 8 metres (10 to 26 feet) will lead up to one of the most beautiful chutes in the Belluno area; in the second part, the route will continue with a 12-meter (39-foot) rappel and a series of jumps.
Obstacles can be bypassed or made easier to allow each participant to enjoy the adventure with complete peace of mind and in complete safety. The route will be 500 metres long and can be completed in around two hours. We will return to the meeting point via a roughly 20-minute walk along a trail.
The total duration of the activity will be 3.5 hours, including briefings, travel, and the zipline itself.
No need to worry: with our gear and our warm two-piece neoprene wetsuits, the cold will be nothing more than a distant memory.
We are located just a short distance from the San Boldo Pass, the famous “Strada dei Cento Giorni” (Hundred Days Road), which can be reached in just 30 minutes from the highway exit, from either the Treviso or Belluno side.
This moderately challenging experience will allow you to test your skills on various obstacles, including some descents that you will complete on your own.
At the end of the day, you will be sent a link to download HD-quality videos and photos of the excursion.
