What you can expect

  • This course is about vegan cooking without a show, without special products, and without a thousand spice delicacies. It's about incredibly uncomplicated and down-to-earth cuisine that tastes good and is surprisingly easy to make.

    You will learn the most important basic principles with which you can create a complete, delicious meal from just a few ingredients at any time. You will learn how to create roasted aromas and how to add creaminess and vibrancy to your dishes. And: how you can conjure up delicious vegan dishes surprisingly cheaply and quickly.

    We deliberately cook with short ingredient lists and simple techniques. And, because it's a crash course, it's also incredibly fast. The goal is that you can incorporate the ideas and tips from the course into your everyday life and that you will immediately start cooking delicious vegan dishes that are extremely suitable for everyday use.
