    This experience includes the tasting of Valpolicella Wines from our production , made in a contemporan winery built in 1790 old Casa dei Fraccaroli . You will enjoy the tasting in a "concept" bistrò built in the original cellars of the Villa. All our wines will be served with local goumet cold cuts and cheese, to offer you the perfect match for a light dinner . Untill 18..30 is possible to visit also the cellar . After tasting you can choose to remain and spend all the evening at Castrum Wine Bar & Bistro , for a romantic evenimg in the top of Valpolicella hills .

What you can expect

During the tasting you will get to know the history of the ancient hamlet of Castelrotto and Valpolicella, strictly connected to their wines. Relax then in the cellars of the 18th century Villa or directly in the Piazza while sipping Valpolicella wines - Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Corvina, its majesty Amarone and Recioto - and local food. . Close your eyes and start a journey in the world of gusto.
