The experience is a private tour led by a member of the Borghetti family, who will guide you through the history of the estate, the production philosophy, and the winemaking methods.
The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the estate and continues with a visit to the cellar, where you can see the areas used for drying the grapes, a distinctive feature of the Valpolicella Classica tradition.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of five wines in our historic 17th-century barrel cellar, a unique setting that bears witness to centuries of history and passion:
