What you can expect

  • You will enjoy a unique experience: you will discover the ingredients of authentic Apulian cuisine and the secrets of cooking in a typical wood-fired oven. Each step is a journey through flavour and tradition. Book your cooking class now and become a true Apulian chef, then enjoy your creations in a convivial atmosphere.

    The 5-hour experience allows you to immerse yourself in the authentic flavours of the region. During the course, you will prepare and taste typical dishes, with vegetarian options available on request. Dinner will preferably be served outdoors, in the vineyard, and accompanied by a selection of 5 wines, including whites, rosés and reds from our winery.
