Your hosts will be myself and my family we have lived here for 13 years and can give you in depth knowledge of the area.
You will learn how to kneed, mix and shape the dough what to look for and what mistakes to avoid. You will each get your hands into the dough and the oven and make your own.
We will leave the pasta to re. This will be basil or pesto or fresh cherry tomatoes in summer in autumn mushrooms or sage butter.
We will eat our pizza together family style with a handpicked local wines and salad.
You will enjoy a homemade local dessert and perfect espresso or leaf tea to finish
