Cliff jumping, natural water slides, abseiling (rappelling), ziplining, climbing and wild swimming, all whilst descending a beautiful enclosed natural water way. This is one of the best, if not the best canyoning trip in Wales. Expect to get wet and be prepared to trust safety equipment. This trip involves swimming and using ropes and harnesses to move high (20m/ 80ft) above the rocks and water. Trip times vary on group size and speed, most common times are between 6-8 hours. There will be big jumping and sliding options, neither are compulsory. Some of these jumps are very high, our instructors will only show you these if you demonstrate you have the ability to jump well, following best practice guidelines. Good jumping practice will be introduced.
