Zaisan Memorial

Enjoy best panoramic views of Ulaanbaatar from the famous Zaisan Hill Monument. Located on a hill overlooking the city, Zaisan offers travellers a chance to see Ulaanbaatar from above while learning about Mongolia’s modern history. After reaching the monument, you will walk up the steps to the memorial, where you can admire the large Soviet-Mongolian mosaic depicting important moments in the history of Mongolia and its relationship with the Soviet Union.
