This cooking class is all about making fresh, vegan, handmade pasta, inspired by Tuscan tradition. You'll use natural ingredients and vegetable colours obtained from seasonal vegetables to create original and flavourful doughs.

During the experience, you'll learn the techniques to knead the dough, roll it out, and shape it into different traditional formats. Each participant prepares their own pasta in a cosy and friendly environment.

At the end of the lesson, we'll cook and taste the pasta together. An authentic experience that combines tradition, creativity, and 100% plant-based cuisine.
