Overview

Discover the hills of Albiano d’Ivrea with a suggestive horseback ride a few kilometres from Turin. The meeting point is at the local riding school, where an expert Guide will welcome the participants and offer a brief introduction to the basic techniques to manage the horse in complete safety.

The ride develops along the “Percorso delle Meraviglie”, a loop itinerary of about 7 km through vineyards, streams and poplar trees, with breathtaking views of the Bishop’s Castle of Albiano, built on the remains of a Roman Villa, and along the way you will encounter fascinating installations characterising the territory.

The “with aperitif” option includes an aperitif based on cold cuts and cheeses and an alcoholic or soft drink.

The walk is suitable for everyone from 6 years, with children under 14 who will be followed by a Walking Guide. To participate it is recommended to wear sportswear and comfortable, with long pants and closed shoes.
