What you can expect

  • Inside a former tuff quarry, you will find a beautiful, hidden garden courtyard, where our small brewery was established in 2016.

    The Tour will begin with a detailed explanation of all the production stages, from the milling of the barley malt to bottling, led by the experience and passion of the brewers at Birrificio Calènder.

    The Tour will then continue with a hands-on session featuring a demonstration right at the beer tap, where each participant will learn to tap their own beer, learning the tricks for tapping the main styles of beer from around the world.

    The tour will end with a guided tasting of the beers produced by the brewery, where participants will learn to recognise the characteristics of beer and the hundreds of styles that exist around the world, so they can identify and appreciate a quality product.
