Join an unforgettable hands-on journey into the heart of Roman cuisine, set in a beautiful villa surrounded by lush greenery and centuries-old olive trees, just minutes from St. Peter’s. In this warm and authentic setting, you’ll discover the art of making traditional handmade tonnarelli pasta using a “chitarra,” the classic wooden tool that gives this pasta its unique shape and texture.

During the class, you’ll learn the secrets behind four of Rome’s most beloved pasta dishes — cacio e pepe, carbonara, gricia, and amatriciana — while kneading, rolling, and cutting your own fresh pasta from scratch. Along the way, you’ll hear stories, tips, and fascinating facts that bring these iconic recipes to life.

At the end of the experience, you’ll taste the delicious pasta you created and leave with skills (and inspiration) to recreate a true Roman classic at home. A perfect mix of culture, creativity, and flavour for food lovers of all levels.
