Disgorgement Experience: Become a winemaker for a moment.

Accompanied by a live guide, you will tour our cellars, where you will learn all about the essential stages of champagne production, from the harvest to the formation of
formation, including ageing.
You will participate in a blind tasting of three Grand Cru champagnes from the same blend but with different dosages.

This tasting will help you understand the impact of dosage on the aromas, texture, and personality of champagne.

Next, you will continue the experience with a workshop where you will quickly disgorge a half bottle, add the dosage of your choice, and manually label the bottle with a back label personalised with your name. Don't worry, the half bottle is yours!
