Embark on a guided visit of about 1 hour and 30 minutes at Domaine Sauvète, a family vineyard located in the heart of the Touraine appellation.
The tour begins in the vineyards, on the plots of sauvignon and gamay, two iconic grape varieties of the Touraine region. Your live guide will introduce you to the estate's organic farming practices and explain the work carried out throughout the year, as well as the attention paid to the soil, the vines, the grapes, and the environment.
You then continue with a tour of the winemaking cellar: the main stages of making a white wine and a red wine, from harvest to bottling, with a minimal intervention approach.
Finally, there is a friendly tasting of 4 vintages (2 whites and 2 reds). For children, grape juice is offered!
