Day 1: Tambopata Lake Sandoval Reserve – Search for alligators.

Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, one of our representatives will be waiting for you to go to the port where we will board a boat until we reach Lake Sandoval.
Upon arrival we will start a 1h30min walk through a tropical forest, stopping to observe the first gifts that Mother Nature offers us until we reach our lodge to settle in our respective rooms.
After a short rest we will do our first activity in a boat and thus enjoy a spectacular sunset, we will also be able to observe the fauna among them night monkeys and bats.
In the afternoon we will embark on an adventure in search of black caimans, while enjoying the songs of birds and other animals.
Finally we will go to enjoy a dinner and rest.

Day 2: Parrot Clay Lick – Search for Giant Otters- Jungle walk

Our excursion starts very early between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
We will go to the palm tree lick where we will appreciate different species of multicoloured parrots, red macaws, blue macaws, blue-headed parrots. Later we will return to our lodge to enjoy breakfast.
After having breakfast we will go to see the giant trees of 300 or 450 years of age, we will have the teaching about the medicinal plants that the native people of the area habitually use, returning we will have lunch at our lodge.
Finally we will take our boat to return to the city of Puerto Maldonado.
