We'll meet you at the hotel at 8:30 in the morning, while we climb the spectacular Andean mountain landscape.
We follow the trail of the old trans-Andean railway, which crosses three mountain ranges.
We circle the Cordón del Plata and its hills and the Potrerillos Dike. We follow the river until we reach the small Andean town of Uspallata.
Our route crosses the Penitentes ski resort and continues almost to the border with Chile.
We'll enter Aconcagua Park, where (weather permitting) we'll take a short hike to the Horcones Lagoon (from here we'll have a magnificent view of the southern wall of Aconcagua, the highest mountain after the Himalayas).
On the way back, we'll stop at the Puente del Inca, a natural bridge and hot springs complex. We'll continue downhill to return to Uspallata, where we'll enjoy a lunch paired with wine
