This experience is designed for those who want to experience Umbria in an active and authentic way, combining cuisine, wine, and landscape in a single day. It starts with a cooking class dedicated to traditional Umbrian recipes: you'll get your hands dirty, learn techniques and little secrets of home cooking, working with local and seasonal ingredients and, when possible, with products straight from our estate.

After the class, it's time for the glass: a guided tasting of 5 organic wines, explained step by step, paired with the dishes we prepared together. This is the moment when flavours and aromas truly come together, because what you have cooked becomes part of the food tasting experience. To complete the experience, there is a visit to the vineyards and the cellar: we will discover the origin of our fossil soil, the work in the vineyard, and the sustainable agricultural approach that guides every choice, from caring for the land to winemaking.
