What you can expect

Prepare broth for miso soup and a side dish called dashi maki tamago, Japanese style omelette.
Learn how to make sushi rice and then some kinds of sushi in a professional way. Make eight traditional nigiri sushi, one sushi roll.
We also introduce you two kinds of side dishes, spinach sesame sauce and Japanese omelette. Very fun to use the unique kitchen tools. Enjoy green tea and receive a certificate named in Japanese.
