      What you can expect

      Begin your half-day tour with hotel pickup from hotels in city centre Buenos Aires (for more distant hotels, meet your guide in central Buenos Aires).

      You will traverse Avenida Costanera, which runs parallel to the Río de la Plata, with beautiful river views. The first stop will be in the City of San Isidro. Our guides will take you to explore the beautiful San Isidro Cathedral and the popular mansions inhabited by ancient aristocratic families from Buenos Aires. Afterwards, you will board the bus again to continue the journey towards Tigre.

      In Tigre, we will board a Catamaran where we will enjoy a 40-minute ride through the Delta. Take in the picturesque landscape of rivers and streams intersecting to form numerous islands.” rivers and streams intersecting to form numerous islands. You'll witness the local people's way of life and how they interact with the services that operate on the rivers: boats, rafts, and water taxis. You will also see houses built on stilts and the house museum of former president Sarmiento.

      At the end of the boat tour, you will return to the port to reboard the bus and journey back to Buenos Aires.
