What you can expect

  • Food and wine: we have designed this tour for those who don't want to give up either.
    The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards where, starting with an explanation of the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella, the main steps in the production of our grapes will be introduced, with references to organic farming. We will talk about the harvest and then head to the wine-making premises. We will complete the tour with a visit to the barrel cellar, where our wines are aged. After the tour, we will sit down for a food tasting of the 5 traditional red wines accompanied by salami, cheese, and other typical products.
